Online collaboration is a new buzzword out there now. As we become busier, acquire more email addresses, take on more projects, it just becomes more difficult to stay organized and productive. Virtual Assistants usually have several client projects going on at any given time. Some VA's create client "intranets" to stay in touch with their clients and keep them apprised of the status of projects and other things like time tracking, drafts of various documents and the like. As anyone knows, there are many choices out there and below are just a few of the ones I have actually taken a look at. For the most part they are all very similar in structure and features. Some are completely free and some have free options with the option to upgrade to fee based services as the need arises.
